Responsibilities Handle and respond to all customer inquiries via WhatsApp with a service-oriented and sales-driven approach (online and offline sales).

Conduct follow-ups and encourage repeat purchases (repurchase) from customers.

• Reconnect with inactive customers and rebuild relationships to encourage repeat orders.

• Provide clear and accurate information regarding products, pricing, promotions, and discounts to increase sales.

• Monitor customer satisfaction and gather feedback to support service and sales improvement.

• Maintain long-term relationships and partnerships with clients.

• Requirements Minimum education: Senior High School/Vocational School (SMA/SMK); relevant experience is a plus.

• Experienced in sales activities and customer follow-ups Strong communication skills; persuasive and sales-oriented.
