In this position, we need you to play vital role in: Responsible for management function especially in finance/accounting and tax.

Oversee daily financial operations, including cash flow management, bank reconciliations, and payment processing.

• Perform reports for management inc. profit & loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow.

• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to support management decision-making.

• Manage and ensure timely tax compliance (VAT, Corporate Income Tax, and other related taxes).

• Coordinate with external parties e.g. auditors and tax consultant.

• Coordinate and supervise monthly/quarterly/yearly financial reporting.

• Perform other management-related tasks as assigned.

• Kualifikasi Min.

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.

• Proven experience as a Finance/Accounting assistant manager or similar role, with minimum 5-7 years of working experience in Finance or Accounting.

• Experience in plantation/agricultural/seedling industry is preferred.

• Expertise in bookkeeping and financial reports.

• Experience with tax (include reporting) and using Coretax, DJP Online, e-faktur, etc.

• Having Brevet A & B is preferred.

• Experience with SAP / accounting software.

• Familiar with HR/GA matters is highly preferred.

• Attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy.

• Honest, good team player, time punctual person, able to meet tight deadlines.
