Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional and technical specifications.

Collaborate with stakeholders (business users, product team, and developers) to define system requirements.

• Design system architecture, including decomposition of monolithic systems into microservices.

• Define and manage API specifications using Swagger/OpenAPI (API-first approach).

• Ensure secure integration between On-Premise systems and Public Cloud (AWS/GCP/Azure).

• Create system flow diagrams, data flow diagrams, and technical documentation.

• Work closely with developers to ensure proper implementation of system design.

• Perform impact analysis for system changes and enhancements.

• Support testing activities (SIT/UAT) and ensure requirements are met.

• Identify system improvement opportunities for scalability, performance, and security.

• Kualifikasi Bachelor’s degree in Informatics Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.

• Minimum 3+ years of experience as a System Analyst / IT Business Analyst / Solution Analyst.

• Strong understanding of system design, SDLC, and Agile methodology.

• Experience in microservices architecture and distributed systems.

• Hands-on experience with API design (RESTful services, Swagger/OpenAPI).

• Familiar with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.

• Understanding of Docker and Kubernetes is a strong advantage.

• Strong knowledge of RDBMS (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB, etc.).

• Able to create technical documentation (BRD, FSD, API Spec, UML diagrams).

• Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.

• Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal).
