Job description for Partnership Executive at Công ty Cổ Phần SotaTek

• Partner Development: Identify, establish, and develop strategic partnerships to distribute Japanese solutions into the Vietnam market.

• Work with Japanese technology providers/ principals to localize, position, and commercialize solutions for Vietnamese customers.

• Negotiate and finalize partnership agreements to create mutual value for the company and its partners.

• Ensure that KPIs set by management are achieved.

• Partner Relationship Management: Maintain long-term relationships with Japanese solution partners to ensure effective and sustainable collaboration.

• Monitor the performance of partnerships to ensure agreements are executed in line with commitments.

• Market Analysis and Strategic Proposals: Analyze Vietnam market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape for Japanese technology solutions.

• Propose initiatives and strategies to optimize the effectiveness of partner relationships.

• Internal Coordination: Collaborate closely with relevant departments such as Business Development, Marketing, and Operations to implement and manage partnership projects.

• Provide reports on partnership performance and status to management.

• Other Duties: Perform additional tasks assigned by managers.
