Develop and execute strategic marketing initiatives for CTI Group subsidiaries.

Lead and oversee the implementation of integrated marketing communication initiatives.

• Collaborate with principals and relevant vendors to design and deliver impactful marketing activities.

• Plan and monitor budgets to ensure optimal ROI from marketing activities.

• Track, and review team KPIs to drive continuous performance improvement.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience leading a marketing team.

• Proven track record in managing multiple touchpoints—digital and offline—and executing end-to-end marketing campaigns.

• Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects effectively Highly creative and proficient in content marketing, with the ability to think outside the box and design compelling content strategies Strong leadership skills with the ability to lead a team and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

• Familiarity with B2B marketing in Information Technology industry is a plus.
