Deskripsi pekerjaan Sales & Business Development Executive (Remote, Indonesia) PT Imaji Inti Kreasi About the role iMiTYWORKS are seeking a results-driven Business Development executive to identify new market opportunities, build long-term client relationships, and drive revenue growth for our design studio.

You will act as the bridge between client business goals and our creative team's visual solutions.

• Identify, research, and qualify local and international leads Your Key Responsibilities Business development: Lead generation, proactively identify and pursue new business through targeted outreach, networking, and industry events.

• Customer proposal development: Customize proposals for prospective clients' brand needs and present tailored design solutions that demonstrate clear value.

• Account management: Nurture client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.

• Proposal development: Collaborate with the design team to draft compelling, high-impact project proposals, handle contract negotiations and studio strategy.

• Own client relationships end-to-end, lead meetings, presenting, and ensure an exceptional client experience Reporting: Maintain and grow a disciplined sales pipeline with bi-weekly progress reports Working with international clients, where time difference is a factor and are required to hold meetings following clients timezones and convenience.
