Deskripsi pekerjaan Internship Human Resource Genralist KatsLab We are looking for an HR Intern with an interest in the creative industry to support hiring, onboarding, and basic people operations. This role is suitable for someone who wants hands-on experience in HR systems while working closely with creative teams.

• Commit to 6 Months Internship Program Final-year student or fresh graduate in Human Resources, Psychology, Management, or related fields.

• Experience or exposure to recruitment in the creative industry, including designers, content creators, or project-based talents.

• Familiar with portfolio-based screening and creative hiring workflows is a plus.

• Organized, communicative, and eager to learn.

• Exposure to HR operations and people management.

• Hands-on learning of HR systems and processes in a creative agency or startup environment.

• Hybrid (09.00 – 17.00 WIB) WFO: Monday, Wednesday, Friday and WFH: Tuesday, Thursday

• Recruitment, Onboarding & Employee Lifecycle Assist in the end-to-end hiring process, including CV and portfolio screening, interview coordination, offering support, and onboarding.

• Support a smooth and positive candidate and new-hire experience.

• Assist with employee lifecycle activities such as contract administration and offboarding.

• Follow and support recruitment and onboarding SOPs.

• HR Administration & Data Management Maintain and update employee and candidate records, HR documentation, and contracts.

• Support daily HR administrative tasks in line with internal policies.

• Process Improvement & Collaboration Assist in improving HR workflows and documentation.- Work closely with team leads and departments to support HR needs.
