Video Content Creator Intern supports the creation of marketing video content (social media, digital ads, WhatsApp, email, etc) by working with the videographer team and cross-functional departments, while demonstrating honesty, empathy, and agility in execution.

What you’ll do (Responsibilities): Understand each brand’s identity to create content that aligns with its goals, ensuring honesty in messaging.

• Manage project timelines effectively with strong agility in handling changes and deadlines.

• Brainstorm creative ideas (motion graphics, social media, landing pages, email, banners) with an empathetic approach to audience needs.

• Collaborate with the Videographers Team to produce visual assets with open and honest communication.

• Maintain high visual standards across all media, while staying agile in incorporating feedback.

• Understand marketing strategies, positioning, and target audience to deliver relevant content with empathy.

• Analyze customer insights, trends, and competitors to build effective strategies with honesty.

• Work with supervisors and cross-teams to develop video concepts with agility and flexibility.

• What you’ll do (Responsibilities): Kualifikasi Bachelor’s degree in Film, Media, Broadcasting, or related field.

• Fresh graduates are welcome.

• Basic knowledge of design fundamentals (layout, typography, color, motion).

• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite.

• Familiar with AI, 3D, or visual effects (plus point).

• Strong visual sense and creative thinking with empathy for audience behavior.

• Familiar with Premiere Pro & After Effects (plus point) Good communication skills with honesty and empathy, able to work in teams.

• Able to work in a fast-paced environment with strong agility and adaptability.
