Manage and oversee all mining permits (IUP, RKAB, Environmental Permits, etc.) Ensure completeness, validity, and timely renewal of all licenses Establish and maintain effective communication with government authorities at both central and regional levels Attend coordination meetings, clarification sessions, and regulatory evaluations Monitor regulatory changes and ensure company compliance with applicable mining laws Coordinate with internal teams (Legal, HSE, Operations) for permit-related requirements Prepare periodic reports on permit status, progress, and compliance risks.

Bachelor’s degree in Law, Mining Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Public Administration, or related field Minimum 4 years of experience in the mining industry Strong understanding of Indonesian mining regulations Experience working with government institutions (central and regional) Excellent communication and negotiation skills Detail-oriented, well-organized, and able to work under pressure
