Deskripsi pekerjaan Event Project Manager Indonesia Crypto Network ABOUT THE ROLE You will work for our IP event, the biggest crypto festival in the world, Coinfest Asia.

We are looking for someone who to support and execute the overall attendee journey across the event.

• You will be responsible for ensuring that all on-ground touchpoints, from arrival to exit run smoothly, feel engaging, and are aligned with the overall event experience.

• RESPONSIBILITIES Support the planning and execution of the end-to-end attendee and overall experience during the event.

• Coordinate with internal teams (Operations, F&B, Sponsor, Production) to ensure smooth on-ground execution.

• Identify and report experience gaps or bottlenecks (e.g. crowd buildup, confusion points).

• Assist in implementing improvements to enhance attendee engagement and comfort.

• Be on-ground during the event to ensure everything runs according to plan.

• Handle and escalate issues quickly to maintain a positive attendee experience.

• REQUIREMENTS Minimum 1–3 years of experience ine event operations, event management, brand activation, or customer experience.

• Have been involved in on-ground event execution (internship included).

• Strong attention to detail, especially in guest experience and flow.

• Good communication skills and ability to work with multiple teams.

• Proactive, responsive, and comfortable working in fast-paced environments.

• Good English communication.

• Nice to have: Experience in festivals, exhibitions, concerts, or large public events.

• Basic understanding of crowd flow, signage, attendee journey.

• Background in agency, EO, or campus/community events.
