Deskripsi pekerjaan Fullstack Developer (Laravel-Vue-MSSQL) PT ESKALINK Job Description Develop and maintain reliable and scalable software solutions to support ERP system requirements, including new feature development, debugging, and application performance optimization.

Develop new ERP features based on operational requirements analysis and current industry trends to improve overall business process efficiency.

• Write and maintain clean, modular, and scalable code for responsive web applications that perform optimally across both web and mobile platforms.

• Implement application security best practices and data protection standards, particularly in handling sensitive information within ERP systems.

• Design and implement efficient, well-structured data storage architectures that support seamless integration across ERP modules.

• Collaborate closely with UI/UX designers, product managers, and system administrators throughout the requirements analysis, system design, and cross-module ERP feature implementation processes.

• Maintain clear, professional, and effective communication with cross-functional teams to ensure shared understanding of requirements, priorities, and technical solutions.

• Job Requirements Bachelor’s degree (S1 or equivalent) in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Technology, or a related field.

• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a software engineer, backend developer, or frontend developer; prior experience in ERP system development is a strong advantage.

• Proficiency in server-side development using technologies such as Node.js, Python, Go Lang, or PHP.

• Experience managing relational databases such as MySQL and SQL Server, with a solid understanding of data schemas commonly used in ERP systems.

• Familiarity with cloud services and hosting platforms such as AWS, including deployment, monitoring, and scaling practices.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey technical concepts and business requirements to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams using an agile approach.
