• Develop digital campaign strategies (paid & organic) aligned with brand objectives Plan media strategy including channel selection, budget allocation, and campaign timeline Coordinate closely with internal teams (brand, creative, KOL, performance) and external agencies (strong coordination skills are a must) Manage campaign execution and ensure it runs according to plan Monitor campaign performance on a regular basis Optimize campaigns based on data, insights, and performance metrics Prepare performance reports and provide strategic recommendations for future campaigns Responsibilities: Kualifikasi
