• We are currently looking for a passionate and driven professional to join our team as a Assistant Brand Manager. 🚀 What You’ll Do: Support the brand team in campaign execution, documentation, and reporting Coordinate with agencies, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of marketing activities Monitor competitors, consumer feedback, and market trends to provide actionable insights Monitor and analyze sales performance across channels (GT, MT, e-commerce, etc.) Assist in organizing events, sampling activities, and consumer activations, including evaluating their effectiveness Track marketing expenses and support procurement processes in accordance with company procedures Work closely with Sales and Trade Marketing teams to ensure strong in-store execution and visibility Kualifikasi 🎯 What We’re Looking For: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Management, or a related field 1–3 years of experience as ABM (FMCG industry is preferred) Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and market insights Good understanding of FMCG business, including distribution channels (GT, MT, e-commerce) Experience in handling marketing campaigns, activations, or product launches is a plus Strong project management and coordination skills, with attention to detail Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to work with cross-functional teams Proactive, agile, and able to work in a fast-paced environment Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
