Answer and connect incoming calls to departments or guest rooms in a courteous manner.

Provide information regarding hotel facilities, restaurants, and other services to guests.

• Record and forward guest requests to the relevant departments.

• Receive and relay guest complaints to the appropriate parties for follow-up.

• Operate the hotel telephone system (PABX/operator) and record messages.

• Coordinate with other departments to ensure guest needs are met.

• Deliver friendly and professional service in accordance with hotel standards.
