Supervise daily transfer operations from the Processing Center to the Fulfillment Center, ensuring all activities are executed on schedule and in accordance with standard procedures.

Manage and monitor driver activities, including work schedules, delivery routes, and compliance with SOPs.

• Prepare and submit daily reports (MMT Reports) to track movement of goods and evaluate operational performance.

• Maintain and monitor operational assets such as (CDE , blind vans, and etc) ensuring they are in good working condition.

• Resolve operational issues promptly and effectively while providing long-term solutions to improve overall efficiency.

• Coordinate with relevant teams including warehouse, transport, asset management, and administration to ensure smooth and efficient mid mile operations.

• Kualifikasi Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Logistics, Transportation, Operations Management, or a related field.

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in logistics, transportation, or distribution; previous experience in a supervisory role is a plus.

• Proficient in preparing operational reports and analyzing data using Microsoft Excel or other reporting tools.

• Willing to work in shifts, including weekends and public holidays.

• Willing to be mobile and available to work 6 days a week as per operational needs.
