Deskripsi pekerjaan Content Strategist WOW Integrated Strategic Communications Role & Responsibilities 🔑 Core Role • Own the overall content strategy across campaigns, ensuring ideas are creative, out-of-the-box, and aligned with brand objectives • Translate business and brand briefs into compelling content ideas and campaign narratives • Develop big ideas and creative territories that can live across multiple platforms and formats 🎨 Creative & Idea Development • Generate innovative and culturally relevant content ideas that drive attention and engagement • Build campaign concepts with clear storytelling arcs across phases (pre, during, post / awareness–consideration–conversion) • Collaborate closely with creative, design, and KOL teams to bring ideas to life • Create content frameworks, and creative direction guidelines 🧠 Strategic Thinking & Campaign Planning • Define content roles per phase and platform within an integrated campaign • Map content ideas into campaign phases, ensuring clarity on purpose and messaging • Ensure content strategies are insight-led, audience-focused, and scalable • Align content strategy with overall brand and campaign objectives
