Act as system deployer based on approved deployment plan Willing to work in shifts depending on operational needs Provide application-level support Liaise with vendor or system support for application issues Perform testing for bug fixes and enhancements Handle regulatory-related activities Monitor and close tickets assigned to application team Analyze processes and propose improvements Ensure application complies with DBS security standards (patching, reboot, etc.) Support emergency changes (CR), LV, monthly report, and month-end processes Kualifikasi Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in IT or related field Minimum 1 year experience in application support Understand System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) Basic programming knowledge Familiar with banking applications and databases (SAS, SQL Server, Oracle, etc.) Basic knowledge of IT infrastructure (Server, Network, Firewall, Security) Experience or knowledge in shell scripting and job scheduling Experience or knowledge in web programming (.NET / Java / HTML5) Experience or knowledge in mobile development (Android / iOS) Experience or knowledge in web service integration (SOAP, REST, JSON, XML) Willing to work in shifts and on weekends
