Supervise daily warehouse operations for outsole material Ensure accurate receiving, storage, and material distribution Control inventory and maintain stock accuracy (FIFO/FEFO) Coordinate with PPIC, Production, and Purchasing teams Lead and manage warehouse staff performance and discipline Monitor material availability to support production needs Handle issues such as shortages, damages, and discrepancies Prepare reports (stock, incoming, outgoing) regularly Kualifikasi Minimum 2-3 years experience in warehouse, preferably in outsole/material handling Strong knowledge of inventory control, FIFO/FEFO, and stock accuracy Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Able to operate warehouse system (ERP/WMS) and Microsoft Excel Able to communicate in English (intermediate level)
