Ensure optimal performance of chemical, laminating, and auto-cutting machines Perform troubleshooting and handle machine breakdown issues Adjust machine parameters to maintain production efficiency Support and execute preventive maintenance activities Collaborate with production teams to ensure smooth operations Contribute to TPM initiatives and continuous improvement programs Ensure compliance with safety standards and operational procedures Kualifikasi Minimum Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical/Industrial or related field) Experience in machine maintenance or manufacturing environment Experience in footwear manufacturing industry is preferred Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills Good understanding of machine safety and risk control Able to handle breakdown situations and work under pressure Good communication skills with production teams Disciplined in executing preventive maintenance High awareness of safety and compliance
