About the Role: We are seeking a talented and passionate photographer to join our team.

As a photographer at Howel and Co you will play a crucial part in planning and executing photo shoots, styling products, directing models, and editing images to create compelling visual content that resonates with our brand target audience.

• What you will do: Plan and schedule shooting sessions, including creating mood boards and conceptualizing concepts for each project.

• Set up lighting and style products for production, ensuring that each image meets the desired aesthetic and brand standards.

• Direct models during photo shoots to effectively communicate the desired concept and capture compelling images.

• Edit and retouch images to perfection, ensuring a polished final product that meets client expectations.

• Prepare all necessary resources for photo shoots, including props, gear, talent, and studio spaces.

• Proactively contribute ideas and suggestions for content improvement to the production team.

• Plan and present photography workshops and training materials for the Content, Marketing, and Merchandise teams to enhance visual content production skills.

• Bachelor’s degree in DKV, multimedia, photography, or proven experience as a Freelance Product & Product Photographer.

• Strong professional portfolio showcasing a variety of current photo work, including corporate, studio, website, and social media content.

• Solid knowledge of photography and editing software, particularly Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom.

• Experience with both outdoor and studio photography, with proficiency in intermediate lighting setups.

• Familiarity with Sony cameras is preferred.

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a professional photographer.

• Ability to juggle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment, while maintaining high standards of quality and creativity.

• Creative and artistic skills, with the ability to conceptualize and execute visually compelling ideas.
