Deskripsi pekerjaan Assistant Branch Manager PT Flexi Solutions Indonesia Assist the Branch Manager in overseeing daily branch operations in Medan Develop and execute sales strategies to grow the flexibag business in the region Identify new business opportunities and expand customer base Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and key accounts Achieve assigned sales targets and support overall branch performance Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer needs Coordinate with operations and logistics teams to ensure smooth project execution Supervise and support the local team to ensure productivity and efficiency Prepare regular sales and operational reports for management
