Manage a portfolio of Enterprise customers, owning the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.

Deliver and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets, focusing on both new business and growing existing accounts.

• Understand customer needs and identify opportunities to expand within existing accounts and convert new prospects.

• Leverage your solution selling expertise to effectively respond to customer needs and identify business opportunities to build long-term, strategic partnerships.

• Strengthen client relationships through regular engagement and face-to-face meetings.

• Maintain solid knowledge of ECM solutions and stay updated on evolving software, hardware, and technologies to ensure high-quality service.

• Participate in industry events and collaborate with Business Development, Pre-sales, and Marketing teams to drive pipeline growth.

• Develop account strategies and territory plans for the Indonesian market.

• Kualifikasi Bachelor's degree in Business, International Relations, Marketing, or a related field Min.

• 1 year of working experience, fresh graduates are welcome Proven track record of success in full-cycle sales Credibility at all levels, with demonstrated ability to build positive relationships both internally, with customers and partners Familiarity with software solutions or the IT industry is a plus Knowledge in selling complex solutions Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Proactive mindset with strong problem-solving abilities Highly motivated, resilient, and ambitious, with a strong desire to build a career in ELO English and Bahasa Indonesia professional proficiency is required
