Develop plans and strategies for the digitalization development of Prodia in terms of products and services, as well as business process development based on company priorities.

Create implementation plans and strategies for collaboration between Prodia's digital products (PRDA) and Prodia Digital Indonesia's digital products (PRDI).

• Integrate the development and operation of the digital ecosystem (PRDI) for all company digital products (PRDA).

• Review the progress of digital products and make adjustments according to technological changes that align with Prodia’s customer and business needs.

• Design the timeline, budget, and requirements for the creation/development of digital products.

• Prepare policies, risk treatments, and appropriate regulations to support the implementation of current and future digital products.

• Develop a communication strategy for all ongoing and upcoming projects to all involved stakeholders.

• Bachelor's Degree in related, GPA min 3.00 Min have 2 years working experience as project management and create digital projects.

• Strong data analytical, innovation sense, and strategical thinking.

• Be an effective communicator and presenter, both written and verbal.

• Great collaborative and management skill.
