• Kualifikasi Minimum 5 years of sales experience, preferably in sponsorship, advertising, or media industry.

• Proven track record in closing high-value deals and consistently exceeding revenue targets.

• Strong initiative, self-motivation, and target-oriented mindset.

• Excellent presentation and negotiation skills, with the ability to pitch complex ideas clearly and persuasively.

• Solid understanding of sales funnels, prospecting methods, and deal-closing strategies.

• Established network and/or client pipeline will be a strong advantage.

• Genuine passion for sports and understanding of the sports industry is a plus.

• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
