Role Overview As an AE Talent (KOL Specialist), you will be responsible for managing relationships with talents/KOLs and ensuring smooth campaign execution.

This role requires strong communication skills and a strong willingness to learn, especially in understanding brand needs and industry trends.

• Responsibilities Manage communication with talents/KOLs (briefing, follow-ups, and reporting) Act as a liaison between internal teams and external parties (talents/clients) Support end-to-end KOL campaign execution (from preparation to evaluation) Ensure all deliverables from talents are aligned with the brief and timeline Coordinate internally with relevant teams (marketing, creative, etc.) Monitor campaign performance and assist in preparing simple reports Build and maintain good relationships with talents/KOLs Responsibilities Kualifikasi Minimum education: High School/Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree (open for active students or fresh graduates) Strong willingness to learn and proactive attitude Excellent communication skills, both internally (with team) and externally (with talents/clients) Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously Able to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment Familiar with social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, etc.) Interest in KOL/Influencer Marketing is a plus Basic proficiency in Google Workspace or Microsoft Office Additional Information Employment type: Freelance Duration: 3-6 month (depending on business needs) WFO
