Develop visual concepts and translate creative briefs into compelling designs (including visual direction and basic copy alignment) Combine visual elements, illustrations, and typography to effectively communicate brand messages Create engaging digital content, especially for social media platforms (e.g., Instagram) Produce design mockups for various marketing materials (collaterals, campaigns, etc.) Create motion graphics and short-form videos for digital marketing needs Handle multiple projects/clients simultaneously and ensure timely delivery Stay updated with current design trends to maintain fresh and relevant visuals Collaborate with the marketing and content team to align with campaign objectives Meet monthly production targets (±60 static designs & ±5 motion contents) Kualifikasi Minimum education: Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Design, Communication, or related field 1–2 years of experience as a Graphic Designer (fresh graduates with strong portfolios are welcome) Proficient in design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, and/or Premiere Pro Strong visual sense (composition, color, and typography) Able to create both static and motion content (illustration skills are a plus) Comfortable working under deadlines and production targets Able to manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously Up-to-date with design and social media trends Portfolio is required
