Job description for (DISTRICT 9) - CUSTOMER SERVICES AGENTS (APP TRAVEL) at Công ty Cổ phần Công Nghệ Việt Ân JOB DESCRIPTIONS: -Liaising between guests and partners to resolve light complexity issues via inbound, outbound, email, chat, and messaging on various topics such as: additional travel advice, modifications, cancellations, complaint, ... -Providing accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right tools, methods, and processes. -Ensuring a high level of customer service and a positive guest experience -Working Time: 24/7, 2 day off per week, arrange by team leaders
