• You are expected to be able to: Source suitable talents for our team Provide support and handle end-to-end recruitment processes (sourcing, interviews, onboarding) Track and monitor candidates throughout the recruitment process Handle recruitment administrative duties Facilitate employee engagement and internal communication Manage and maintain company assets for HRGA purposes (asset tracking, distribution, and documentation) Kualifikasi Final year student or fresh graduate in Psychology, Communication, Management, Information Systems, or related fields Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Bahasa and English Familiar with tools such as Trello, Google Workspace, and other related platforms Willing to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment with limited resources Willing to Remote / 1x per month Minimum internship period of 3 months Prior experience in a similar role is a plus
