Planning and implementing brand activation strategies every month through offline and online campaigns to raise brand awareness.

Evaluate the potential effectiveness of each selected event beforehand, with in-depth analysis of relevance and its impact on brand image.

• Plan and execute offline events (exhibitions, pop-ups, community events, etc).

• Communicate clearly with external partners, vendors, and event organizers.

• Compile comprehensive event preparations, including arranging staff coverage, preparing products for display/sale, booth layout, payment procedures at the event, restocking processes, etc.

• Continuously monitor the progress of events and take full responsibility for the smooth running and success of each event.

• Create engaging and memorable brand experiences for visitors.

• Analyze market data and consumer insights to refine offline and online activation strategies and tactics Compile detailed reports and evaluations of each event, with the aim of gaining valuable insights for improvements and future development activities.

• Build partnerships with communities and event organizers.

• Kualifikasi Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Event Management, Communication, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in brand activation, event management, brand activation or related fields.

• Experience in creating and executing brand activation campaigns, including events, promotions, and experiential marketing.

• Excellent project management skills and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to lead a team and collaborate with various stakeholders.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, adapting quickly to changing circumstances.

• Ability to think creatively and solve problems quickly in dynamic event environments.

• Willing to work outside of office hours (if needed).
