Manage end-to-end delivery of IT projects involving core insurance systems (policy, claims, billing) Translate business requirements into technical solutions and architecture approaches Define technical scope, milestones, and dependencies Work closely with solution architects to design scalable and secure systems Review architecture diagrams, APIs, and integration patterns Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture standards Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related fields.

Minimum 4 years of experience as a Technical Project Manager, Project Lead, or similar role.

• Strong experience in data platform projects, preferably Cloud Data Lakehouse or Data Warehouse initiatives.

• Experience working with external vendors and system integrators The candidate must have hands-on implementation and project experience in the following areas: Batch and delta ingestion concepts (CDC, incremental load).

• Integration from multiple source systems (RDBMS, legacy systems, SaaS).

• Understanding ingestion orchestration and scheduling.

• Data transformation and aggregation logic.

• Understanding of derived tables, data modeling, and performance considerations.

• Familiarity with analytical datasets, metrics, and KPI construction.

• Ability to translate business requirements into analytical data needs.
