• Bachelor’s degree in Interior/Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.

• 2-3 years of experience in business development, sales, interior designer or a related role Strong communication and negotiation skills.

• Ability to build and maintain client relationships.

• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Autocad & Sketch Up Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Proficiency in English (both writing & spoken)
