Stakeholder Management: Manage communication and expectations across technical, operational, and executive teams, acting as the primary subject matter expert for the product. Performance & Metrics: Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) and success metrics (e.g., adoption rate, stability, TCO) to measure product performance and inform future iterations. Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field Experience: 4+ years of progressive experience as a Product Manager, Technical Product Owner, or similar role, specifically managing IT platforms, enterprise software, or technical services Technical Acumen: Strong working knowledge of software development processes (SDLC), technical architecture, cloud concepts, and integration principles. Ability to converse confidently with engineers Methodology: Expertise in Agile development practices, including story mapping, backlog grooming, and release planning Analytical
