• Analyze research findings to support the development of product strategies and roadmaps, including product positioning, unique selling points (USPs), and delivery systems, ensuring relevance to target market needs.

• Evaluate overall product portfolio performance and its market relevance, adjusting product strategies as needed.

• Prepare materials for new product launches, such as launch memos, product knowledge guides, and promotional materials, to ensure effective product launches.

• Maintain positive relationships and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to meet business and operational objectives.

• Monitor new and existing product performance and competitor activity, generating ad-hoc reports to support product portfolio analysis.

• Manage and oversee the execution of new product launches, ensuring timely delivery and tracking post-launch progress to support brand objectives.

• Ensure all administrative needs related to product innovation activities are met to maintain operational excellence.

• Kualifikasi Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy, Biology, or a related scientific field 1 - 2 years of experience in Product Innovation/Development in the FMCG, Skincare, Personal Care, or Clinical Beauty industry.

• Strong understanding of product development.

• Proficient in Market Research, Data Analysis, and Project Management.
