On-Site Content Capture: Travel to various locations to capture professional-grade footage of property listings (interiors, exteriors, and surroundings). End-to-End Execution: Handle the full content pipeline: from brainstorming and scriptwriting to filming, voice-overs, and final editing. Ad Creative & Strategy: Transform raw property footage into engaging ads for rent or sale, focusing on "hooks" that grab a viewer's attention in the first 3 seconds. Trend-Jacking: Stay updated on social media trends, viral audios, and real estate best practices to keep our listings at the top of the algorithm. Content Planning: Develop and manage a thematic monthly content calendar to ensure a consistent flow of property showcases. Community Engagement: Proactively respond to comments and DMs from potential leads to drive inquiries and engagement.
