Design and produce visual materials for digital channels (social media, website, email marketing, mobile apps, and digital advertising).

Create print materials such as brochures, banners, flyers, posters, and other marketing collaterals.

• Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Corporate Communication teams to ensure all designs align with brand guidelines and communication objectives.

• Support internal communication initiatives through visual storytelling and engaging design.

• Ensure consistency in branding and visual identity across all platforms and campaigns.

• Contribute creative ideas for digital campaigns, branding initiatives, and user engagement strategies.

• Prepare final artwork for production and coordinate with vendors or printers when necessary.

• Stay updated with design trends, especially in digital banking and financial services.

• Kualifikasi Bachelor’s Degree in Visual Communication Design, Graphic Design, Multimedia, or related fields.

• Minimum 2–5 years of experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably in banking, financial services, or corporate environments.

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro).

• Knowledge of UI/UX design principles and tools such as Figma or Adobe XD is an advantage.

• Strong attention to detail, layout, typography, and color theory.

• Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.

• Good communication and teamwork skills.

• Familiarity with branding guidelines and corporate identity standards.

• Creative, innovative, and able to translate business needs into effective visual communication.
