We are seeking a Senior Business Development Manager who can drive new client acquisition while also working closely with technical teams to ensure successful solution delivery.

• Drive new business opportunities and manage end-to-end sales cycle Build and maintain relationships with key enterprise stakeholders Align client needs with internal solutions and ensure proposal viability Act as main point of contact during pre-sales and early delivery phase Identify market opportunities and support growth strategy Manage and lead the business development team to achieve targets Requirements 3–5+ years of experience as a Business Development Manager in a similar industry (IT services or technology consulting) Proven experience selling IT outsourcing or infrastructure solutions, or software development services Strong understanding of technology project delivery and implementation Strong networking and stakeholder management skills Ability to bridge business needs with technical solutions Proficient in English (both written and spoken) *Only qualified candidates will be shortlisted
