· Payroll & Statutory o Process monthly payroll accurately, including attendance, overtime, allowances, and deductions o Manage statutory contributions and reporting, including BPJS Kesehatan (health insurance) and BPJS Ketenagakerjaan (social security: JHT, JP, JKK, JKM) o Prepare payroll reports, reconciliations, and handle employee payroll queries o Ensure compliance with Indonesian tax regulations (PPh 21) · Foreign Worker / Expat Management o Coordinate expatriate documentation including RPTKA (Manpower Plan) and KITAS (Temporary Stay Permit) o Liaise with agents and authorities on immigration and work permit matters o Ensure compliance with Indonesian manpower and immigration laws · HR Administration o Maintain and update employee records and HRIS o Prepare HR letters (employment agreement/PKWT-PKWTT, confirmation, warning, termination) o Monitor attendance, leave, and employee lifecycle movements · Recruitment & Onboarding o Coordinate recruitment process (job posting, screening, interview arrangement) o Prepare employment contracts and onboarding documentation o Conduct onboarding and orientation for new hires · Employee Relations & Compliance o Support disciplinary actions and employee grievance handling o Assist in industrial relations matters in accordance with Indonesian Labour Law (UU Ketenagakerjaan) o Ensure HR practices comply with company policies and local regulations · Reporting & HR Projects o Prepare HR reports (headcount, turnover, payroll, statutory data) o Support audits, HR initiatives, and process improvements Kualifikasi o Diploma/Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field o 2–5 years of HR experience, preferably in manufacturing o Good knowledge of Indonesia Labour Law and statutory requirements (BPJS, PPh 21) o Hands-on experience in payroll processing o Experience handling expatriate/foreign worker matters is an advantage o Strong communication and interpersonal skills o Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
