Deskripsi pekerjaan Operation Manager PT Jet Technologies Indonesia About the Role Lead and integrate Warehouse, Finance Operations, Customer Service, and Logistics to ensure efficient, compliant, and customer-focused end-to-end operations.

Key Responsibilities • Oversee warehouse, logistics, customer service, and operational finance (billing, AR/AP). • Drive process improvements, cost efficiency, and KPI reporting. • Ensure compliance with safety, customs, tax, and labor regulations. • Lead and develop teams, set targets, and conduct performance reviews. • Collaborate with Sales and Service for demand planning and system support. • Manage HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.

• Requirements • Based in Cikarang (Bekasi/Karawang area) and available to work on-site. • Bachelor’s degree. • 5–10 years of operations experience, with 5+ years leading cross-functional teams. • Strong Excel/BI skills. • Good understanding of Indonesian customs, tax, and labor regulations. • Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and business-level English.
