TRIPPER NATURE AGRONOMIST Tropical crops (Vanilla, Ginger, Ube, & Pandan) Placement: North Sulawesi JO DESCRIPTIONS: Develop and oversee crop management plans for all commodities Design intercropping and agroforestry layouts suited to tropical conditions Lead soil health, fertility, and integrated pest management programs Conduct farm mapping and spatial planning using GIS tools Set up field trials and systematic data collection to optimize yields

• Degree in agronomy, agricultural science, or a related field Minimum 3 years’ experience in tropical crop production (recent graduates with strong field research or internship experience are welcome to apply) Profiency in ArcGIS or equivalent GIS software Knowledge of IPM, soil management, and tropical crop phyciology Experience with intercropping or agroforestry systems is strong advantage Familiarity with organic or sustainability certification standards preferred Working English an advantage Willing to be based on-site
