Optimize the performance of the affiliate program to drive sales growth across marketplace platforms (such as TikTok Shop and Shopee).

Manage and monitor the activities of affiliates who promote the company’s products.

• Develop strategies to increase traffic, conversion rates, and sales generated from affiliates.

• Identify and recruit potential affiliates to join the company’s affiliate program.

• Maintain communication with affiliates regarding product information, promotions, campaigns, and sales updates.

• Track and monitor affiliate performance including sales performance, commission, and promotional activities.

• Analyze affiliate performance data and prepare regular performance reports.

• Collaborate with the marketing and e-commerce teams to support affiliate campaigns.

• Kualifikasi Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.

• 1–3 years of experience in affiliate marketing or e-commerce marketing.

• Familiar with affiliate programs on marketplace platforms such as TikTok Shop or Shopee.

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate sales and campaign performance data.

• Good communication skills to coordinate with affiliates and internal teams.

• Target-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.

• Good understanding of digital marketing and e-commerce ecosystems.
