Lead and oversee the end-to-end content production process, from planning, concepting, shooting, to final editing review.

Develop strong and creative content concepts aligned with brand campaigns and goals.

• Manage camera direction, talent handling, and location selection during production.

• Create and supervise UGC-style content to support brand growth and engagement.

• Collaborate closely with the Marketing, Creative, and Social Media teams to ensure content execution follows brand guidelines.

• Monitor and manage project timelines to ensure content delivery is on schedule.

• Stay updated with social media and creative trends to produce engaging and high–performing content.

• Support and mentor the creative team to enhance quality output and workflow efficiency.
