Deskripsi Pekerjaan Job Descriptions: Lead and supervise the GT sales team to achieve sales targets. Develop and execute sales strategies for General Trade channels (traditional stores, wholesalers, distributors, minimarket, etc ). Monitor sales performance, distribution coverage, and product availability in the market. Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, GT store and key outlets. Conduct regular field visits to ensure proper execution of sales and promotions. Analyze market conditions, competitor activities, and provide actionable insights. Coordinate with Marketing, Trade Marketing, and Operations teams to support sales programs. Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management. Kualifikasi
