Deskripsi pekerjaan Operation Specialist AIZEN INDONESIA Location: Jakarta (WFO) Employment Type: Full-time Job Summary We are looking for a highly driven Operations Associate/Executive to support daily operational workflows, coordinate cross-functional initiatives, and ensure smooth implementation of business processes.

This role plays a key part in strengthening operational efficiency and enabling the company’s growth.

• Responsibilities Manage and monitor day-to-day operational activities to ensure smooth execution.

• Coordinate with internal teams (tech, product, finance, and operations) to support ongoing projects.

• Identify operational issues and propose data-driven process improvements.

• Develop, update, and implement SOPs across operational workflows.

• Prepare regular operational reports and dashboards for management.

• Support project rollouts and ensure deliverables are completed on time.

• Liaise with external partners and vendors when required.

• Handle administrative tasks related to operations and project documentation.

• Requirements Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.

• Maximum age 30 years old.

• 1–3 years of experience in Operations, Project Management, or Business Process Implementation.

• Experience in start-ups preferred; exposure to EV, financing, or ride-hailing industries is a plus.

• High integrity, disciplined, and able to work under pressure.

• Strong communication, coordination, and reporting skills.

• Proficient in Google Sheets, Docs, and Slides.

• Willing to work from office (WFO) and travel when required.
