Deskripsi pekerjaan Resepsionis Kasir PT Seruni Sejahtera Nusantara Job Summary As a Receptionist & Cashier, you are the first point of contact for our guests and play a key role in delivering excellent customer service.

You are responsible for welcoming clients, managing bookings, handling payments, and supporting smooth front desk operations.

• Key Responsibilities 1.

• Front Desk & Guest Relations • Greet and welcome guests in a warm, friendly, and professional manner • Provide information about spa services, promotions, and product offerings • Assist guests in selecting treatments based on their needs and preferences • Handle check-in and check-out processes efficiently 2.

• Reservation & Booking Management • Manage phone, WhatsApp, and walk-in bookings using the spa’s system • Confirm and remind guests of their appointments • Coordinate schedule changes and therapist availability 3.

• Cashiering & Payment Handling • Process customer payments accurately via cash, card, or digital payment • Issue receipts, handle refunds or discounts as per company policy • Maintain accurate daily cash report and ensure cashier balance matches system • Report any discrepancies to the Spa Manager 4.

• Administrative Support • Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the reception area • Ensure daily reports, forms, and client data are updated and accurate • Support retail product sales and upselling when possible 5.

• Team Collaboration & Communication • Communicate clearly with therapists regarding guest needs, allergies, or special requests • Support overall front-of-house operations and assist in handling guest feedback or complaints professionally • Participate in team meetings and training sessions Requirements • English proficiency: Intermediate to Fluent (spoken & written) • Minimum high school or diploma; diploma in hospitality or administration is a plus • Previous experience in customer service or cashier role (preferably in spa/hospitality) • Friendly, service-oriented, and good communication skills • Basic computer literacy (Excel, WhatsApp, POS system) • Willing to work in shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
