• Prepare and deliver tailored Workday demonstrations based on client needs.

• Configure demo tenants or environments to support specific scenarios.

• Address functional and technical questions during demos and presales cycle.

• Engage effectively with HR, IT, and C-level stakeholders during the presales cycle.

• Present strategic recommendations for digital transformation with Workday.

• Build value propositions and differentiators to strengthen Workday’s positioning.

• Kualifikasi Bachelor’s Degree (preferably in HR) or relevant work experience after bachelor.
