Configuring Workday modules under direction from senior resources.

Working directly with customers to clarify requirements and help translate them into Workday solutions.

• Undertaking unit testing to ensure configuration meet business requirements and troubleshooting any issues.

• Identifying appropriate system test scenarios.

• Coordinating with stakeholders and managing timelines to ensure successful project delivery.

• Participating with the migration of configuration & data related to the delivered solution and to ensure all associated documentation is completed.

• Kualifikasi Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Information System, Information Technology, Psychology (with HR experience), or Industrial Engineering.

• Have experience min.

• 2x full cycle implementation of HCM applications, including requirements gathering, configuration, testing, and user enablement.

• Fluent English (written/ spoken) is a must.

• Have experience as HR Business Partners (HRBP) is a plus.

• Excellent oral & written communication skills.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Team player with a consultative approach.
