Job Description Lead and manage the Partner Success team, ensuring high performance, clear KPIs, and continuous capability growth.

Design, improve, and implement scalable Partner Success systems, SOPs, and frameworks across support, monitoring, and optimization workflows.

• Own strategic partner relationships, from onboarding and adoption to expansion and long-term success.

• Identify operational gaps in partner workflows and propose data-backed solutions to improve efficiency and outcomes.

• Monitor and improve partner performance metrics (SLA, fulfillment accuracy, productivity, adoption rate).

• Conduct executive-level business reviews and deliver insights that strengthen collaboration and expand solution usage.

• Stay informed on E-Commerce trends and fulfillment innovation to proactively advise partners on improvements.

• Ensure smooth execution of new market, new product, or new feature rollouts related to partner operations.

• Job Description Kualifikasi Job Requirements 3+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Operations Consulting, or Fulfillment/Warehouse roles.

• Fluent English verbal communication is a must.

• Proven experience team leading or mentoring , preferably in customer-facing or operational environments.

• Strong understanding of E-commerce, fulfillment, or logistics workflows (SLA management, productivity metrics).

• Strong analytic and problem-solving skills with the ability to turn operational issues into structured solutions.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including presenting to senior management or external partner executives.

• Proficient with MS Office, spreadsheets, dashboards, and operational reporting tools.

• Willing to work from office (WFO), placement in Jakarta Selatan.
