Provide first-level and second-level support for web and mobile applications used by the organization.

Analyze application issues, identify root causes, and propose effective solutions.

• Collaborate with development and infrastructure teams to resolve technical problems.

• Assist end users in navigating and utilizing applications efficiently.

• Document issues, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions for knowledge-base improvement.

• Monitor application performance and escalate critical issues when necessary.

• Participate in internal training programs and continuously improve skills aligned with the LFCA syllabus.

• Ensure timely communication and updates to users regarding ongoing issues and resolutions.

• Kualifikasi Minimum education: Diploma (D3) in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

• Strong initiative, work ethic, and eagerness to learn new technologies.

• Ability to operate and understand web-based and mobile applications.

• Strong capability in analyzing application problems and identifying solutions.

• Good communication skills, both verbal and written.

• Has completed certification or internal training equivalent to the LFCA (Linux Foundation Certified IT Associate) syllabus.

• Willing to work in shift (3 shift)
