Build and maintain strong relationships with creators under MCN, ensure their performance and engagement remain high Monitoring performance tracking Manage daily operational needs of creator (answering inquiries, provide support, sharing updates, consultation) Provide regular feedback and insights to help creators optimize their content Track creator performance and keep update about creator performance on database Kualifikasi Final-year students (no ongoing classes) or fresh graduates, any major Strong interest in social media, creator marketing, and TikTok trends Experience in MCN / KOL / Affiliate Marketing / Social Media is a plus Good communication and coordination skills Willing to work on-site (Mon–Fri, 10:00–17:00 WIB) Available for a 6 months internship
