• Position Details Role: Senior Backend Developer Experience: Minimum 5 years in a related field Work Arrangement: Hybrid (Office & Remote) Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend systems Build and optimize RESTful APIs and/or gRPC services Architect and implement microservices or modular monolith systems Ensure high performance and responsiveness of applications Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver robust solutions Technical Qualifications Strong proficiency in Golang and Node.js / TypeScript Solid experience with RESTful API and/or gRPC services Proven ability to design microservices architecture or modular monolith systems Hands-on experience with PostgreSQL and MySQL including query optimization, indexing, and database migrations Deep understanding of clean code principles, design patterns, and SOLID principles Experience with Git and CI/CD pipelines Technology Stack Golang (mandatory) Node.js / TypeScript (mandatory) PostgreSQL (mandatory) MySQL (mandatory) Docker and containerization Message brokers such as RabbitMQ or Kafka (plus point) Caching systems such as Redis (plus point) AI Tools Experience Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools Experience with Claude Code (Anthropic) is highly preferred
